- After sunset — travel to Muzdalifah.

Spending the night in Mina is obligatory (according to most scholars).

Ihram & Niyyah

Prepare for Ihram based on your Hajj type (Tamattu’ or Hajj-only).
CASE 1 — TAMATTU’ (UMRAH + HAJJ)
- Re-enter Ihram for Hajj from your hotel/residence in Makkah.
- Timing: Usually before Fajr on 8th Dhul Hijjah (or night of 7th).

- Begin reciting Talbiyah immediately.
CASE 2 — HAJJ ONLY (IFRAD / QIRAN)
- Enter Ihram at the Miqat before reaching Makkah.
- Make intention:
- Ifrad: “Labbayk Allahumma Hajjan”

- Begin reciting Talbiyah immediately after Niyyah.
- Perform Ghusl, trim nails, and clean yourself before Ihram.
- Men: Wear two white unstitched cloths (Izar & Rida).
- Women: Wear modest loose clothing (face & hands uncovered).

Tawaf

- Start at Hajr al-Aswad (Black Stone).
- Say: “Bismillah, Allahu Akbar”.
- Perform 7 anti-clockwise circuits.
- Keep Kaaba on your left.
- Make Du’a freely during Tawaf — no fixed supplications required.

Do not rush or push others — focus on calm, mindful worship.
Sa'i

- Men: jog between green markers.
- Women: walk at a normal pace.
- Make Du’a throughout.
- End at Marwa.
Sa’i represents patience and trust — reflect on the struggle of Hajar (AS).

- Stay in Arafat from noon until sunset.
- Pray Dhuhr + Asr combined (shortened).
- Spend time in Du’a, repentance, Dhikr.

- Pray Maghrib and Isha combined (at Isha time), shortened, in Muzdalifah.
- Collect 49–70 small pebbles (pea-sized).

- Obligatory for all pilgrims before leaving Makkah.
- Perform Farewell Tawaf before leaving Makkah.
- Complete 7 circuits (same as normal Tawaf).
- Make final Du’a.
